I'm glad you liked that bread. Wasn't it easy to make?

I received your note today. With such excellent comments ("We all think it was a fun way to put fractions in a real life context", it is one of my favorite thank-you notes ever. I'm hoping that I get to come back soon so that we can do another lesson on reading directions (recipes!).

COOL! Thanks for coming to our classroom. THe bread was really good. Last weekend my grandparents visited and I made it for them. By the way, you will be getting a thank you note form "our class" in the future alough (it was really written by ME).

Next we'll have you making omelets! They're just a tiny bit tricky, but you can put anything you want inside. You can even skip the cheese if that suits you better.
