I am so lucky to be working with such a nice group of kids this week.  They’re fun, funny, and really, really want to cook!  It looks like I may have finally worked our our technical difficulties, so stay tuned for lots more pics later tonight and for the rest of the week. Fingers crossed!

Today was our first day of our cooking camp, That’s Italian!  This week, kids 8-11 and teens 12-17 will be whipping up Italian delights, including gelato, Panzanella,and Chicken under a brick.  (Due to technical difficulties, i.e. Chef Christine’s camera foibles, you’ll need to wait another day for pics of the morning session, but don’t worry…they’re coming, and those kids look great!)
