Summer Cooking Camp: That’s Italian (Day 1)

Today was our first day of our cooking camp, That’s Italian!  This week, kids 8-11 and teens 12-17 will be whipping up Italian delights, including gelato, Panzanella,and Chicken under a brick.  (Due to technical difficulties, i.e. Chef Christine’s camera foibles, you’ll need to wait another day for pics of the morning session, but don’t worry…they’re coming, and those kids look great!)

Cheese ravioli. The kids made the ricotta AND the pasta. Delicious!!
