Today was our first day of our cooking camp, That’s Italian! This week, kids 8-11 and teens 12-17 will be whipping up Italian delights, including gelato, Panzanella,and Chicken under a brick. (Due to technical difficulties, i.e. Chef Christine’s camera foibles, you’ll need to wait another day for pics of the morning session, but don’t worry…they’re coming, and those kids look great!)
