Advanced Skills: Egg Day

Today, it was all about the eggs. Hollandaise, Eggs Benedict, Chocolate Souffle, and, ok, a little Potato Leek soup thrown in for good measure.  (I’m having a few technical difficulties – I’m a better cook than computer gal – sorry! – and plan to have the pics from the morning crew up by lunch on Wednesday.
